HOW IT WORKS
We start with request by e-mail for scheduled (free of charge) Exploration call.
​
The purpose of the Exploration call is mutual understanding if current pressure points are
inwards oriented
(ilimited self believes, inner critic, personal development aspiration) or
outwards oriented
(organizational transition, trust erosion, engagement drop).
From there we will agree on appropriate aproach and format.

We can also go with 3 sessions sprints = together we define current challange and measurable goal after 3 sessions.
