Leadership Coach
"I work as a visionary architect of leadership."

"I believe leadership has the potential to inspire - when it is anchored in values, trust and human dignity."
About Me
My work is rooted in a long-standing interest in how values shape organizations and how leadership decisions affect people within them.

I began exploring this early through academic work in cognitive psychology, focusing on values, meaning and human motivation. What interested me then, and continues to guide my work today, is how inner orientation translates into real behavior.

That interest carried into corporate and organizational contexts, where I worked closely with leadership systems, performance structures and process improvement. Alongside operational effectiveness, I paid particular attention to something often less visible but decisive: company culture, trust and how leadership behavior is experienced day to day.

Working within an international and Japanese organizational environment further deepened this perspective. It offered firsthand experience of leadership cultures where values, collective responsibility and long-term thinking were not abstract ideals, but practical reference points for decision-making.

Later, in creative and entrepreneurial environments, I had the opportunity to work more directly with purpose-driven, collaborative leadership - shaping work through shared values, trust and responsibility rather than hierarchy alone.

Coaching emerged as a natural continuation of this path. My training in IKIGAI coaching refined my ability to support leaders in clarifying values before vision - anchoring direction in inner compass rather than external pressure.
