My Story

I’m Gabriela Kasniarova, Founder Coach at Be Brilliant.

I have always lived at the intersection of intuition, creativity and leadership.

My path has woven through psychology, global corporate environments and the creative world. Each chapter has shaped the way I support women today.

I hold a Master’s in Cognitive Psychology, where I studied meaning, values, and the emotional architecture. Later, I stepped into corporate transformation at Lenovo, leading global projects and learning the power of clarity, structure and strategy.

But another part of me needed creative freedom - so I entered the world of fashion direction, guiding emerging talent to find their presence and confidence on international stages.

And then came a deeper shift.
After burnout, I felt called toward something more human, more meaningful, more heart-centered. Working as a nanny within a Waldorf environment reconnected me to softness, emotional safety, intuition. The world of motherhood - a world that requires strength wrapped in gentleness. That experience reshaped how I see leadership.

Today, through Be Brilliant, I help women step into feminine leadership that is both strong and intuitive, strategic yet human.
