I’m Gabriela Kasniarova, Founder Coach at Be Brilliant.
I work at the intersection of emotional intelligence and visionary leadership.
Before creating Be Brilliant, my path wove through three worlds:
Psychology: With a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology, I researched meaning and values in human life - a foundation for understanding the inner currents of leadership.

Corporate: At Lenovo, I led global projects in Lean Six Sigma and strategic transformation. These years taught me the power of systems, clarity, and execution at scale.

Creative: As a creative director in fashion, I worked with emerging talent to find their authentic presence on international stages. It showed me the importance of confidence with magnetism.
At Be Brilliant, I bring this blend to startup leaders navigating flat hierarchies and high-speed decisions. My philosophy is simple: strategic mindset with intuitive insights.
